Office Manager
Jeannie handles day-to-day responsibilities at Pikewood. From bookkeeping to finding Heirs, Jeannie has become a staple for Pikewood. When she isn't busy managing the office, Jeannie will take on the mineral buying world by placing phone calls and putting deals together for Pikewood.
Ross "Butch" Yeardie

With several years of Landman experience under his belt, Ross brings experience and expertise to the Pikewood family. In his prior roles, Ross was a leasing agent for several companies. His area of focus is primarily in Washington and Greene County, PA where he deals with educated mineral owners on their best way to monetize their oil and gas asset.
Christopher Santore
Mineral Acquisitions
Chris comes to Pikewood with title and heirship experience. He can piece together the heirship puzzle so that Pikewood can more efficiently buy from fractional owners. After working due-diligence on a few early deals for Pikewood, Chris shifted his focus to buying minerals full-time for Pikewood. He has handled several large deals in Ritchie County, WV and to this day still focuses in Ritchie, Tyler, and Doddridge Counties.
Jeff Kifus
Mineral Acquisitions / Leasing
Before Pikewood, Jeff was Development Leader on various oil and gas projects throughout West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. He gained his experience in the ground leasing throughout the region. His main areas are Wetzel, Tyler, and Marshall counties. Aside from buying, Jeff heads up the Leasing Division at Pikewood and will continue to buy leases for Pikewood on a case-by-case basis.
Michelle Thomas-Frankhouser
Title Abstracting
Michelle is a paralegal who has been in the industry for over 9 years. Her experience makes her an expert in title, performing everything from title abstracting, deed preparation, review, etc… Michelle’s knowledge of the industry has made her an integral part of the Pikewood team.
Hutson Chandler
Mineral Acquisitions
Hutson works as a Mineral Acquisition Specialist at Pikewood Energy. In 2018, he moved to West Virginia from Florida to pursue a career in the golf industry. Hutson left the golf industry in 2019 and focused on sales and marketing. He joined Pikewood Energy in October of 2020 and focuses on buying oil and gas rights solely in West Virginia. His main focus areas are in Wetzel, Marshall, and Tyler counties.
Matthew Boothe
Asset Management
Matthew was hired by Pikewood Energy as an Intern during the summer of 2019. Since then, Matthew has remained an employee of Pikewood Energy while still pursuing his Masters Degree at West Virginia University. His degree is in Energy and Land Management and has a knack for finance. Matthew is solely responsible for running the mineral software used to track monthly revenue. He also oversees auditing of royalty statements, deed organization, tracking of property tax tickets, and constructing logistical measures to better monitor PIkewood Energy's assets.
